Proshare Finance Limited is recruiting2 Senior Credit Officer IIpositions in Dodoma. Applicants living in Dodoma will receive priority during shortlisting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client sensitization, outreach and marketing for prospective borrowers.
- Conduct credit appraisal, analyse financial information and prepare credit reports.
- Manage loan portfolio performance, repayments and branch lending targets.
- Prepare loan agreements, monitor collateral and support legal action on defaulting accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Financial Management, Microfinance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit management, microfinance or commercial banking.
