Mixx by Yas Tanzania is recruiting5 NOC Engineersin Dar es Salaam to provide 24/7 system monitoring, incident triage, service-health tracking and technical escalation across fintech and telecommunications platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Grafana, Zabbix and related GSOC dashboards.
- Create, classify and manage incident tickets in ServiceNow.
- Use Kibana for basic log analysis and initial fault isolation.
- Coordinate major incidents with Senior NOC Engineers and prepare shift handovers.
- Provide clear stakeholder updates on incidents and service impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in NOC operations, IT Service Desk, DevOps support or systems monitoring.
- Basic Linux, TCP/IP, OSI, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana and ITSM knowledge.
