Key Responsibilities

• Collect land-boundary data and support cadastral surveying and town-planning processes.
• Operate RTK GPS, total stations and related survey equipment.
• Prepare plot maps, boundary sketches and oversee beacon erection.
• Support Town Planning processing, title-registration files and land-dispute resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Land Surveyor: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics specializing in Cadastral Surveying.
• Town Planner: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
• Minimum 2 years of practical field experience.
• Employer-stated age requirement: 21–35 years.
