Project Manager – Buildings, Property and Development Jobs at National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Tanzania

The National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Tanzania is recruiting aProject Manager – Buildings, Property and Developmentfor a full-time office- and field-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor building and property-development projects from commencement to completion.
• Prepare and interpret architectural drawings, building plans, layouts and technical designs.
• Supervise construction, renovation and maintenance work and monitor quality, materials, costs and timelines.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other professionals.
• Follow up land surveying, boundary verification, property valuation, title deeds, permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare regular progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, architectural design, property development or project management.
• AutoCAD or related design-software proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command of English and Kiswahili and ability to travel within Tanzania.
