Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and site labourers.
- Ensure work follows architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor materials, tools and equipment to minimize waste.
- Report daily progress to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NVA Level 3 in Masonry and Bricklaying or Full Technician Certificate in Civil Engineering/Construction.
- Proven Site Foreman or Lead Supervisor experience on building-construction sites.
- Strong masonry, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
