TMHS Group Limited is recruiting a Waste and Environmental Manager reporting to the Group CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee collection, transportation and safe disposal of waste and prevent environmental contamination.
- Ensure compliance with NEMC, local-authority, health-and-safety and company requirements.
- Develop waste-disposal methods, sustainability targets and environmental-impact assessment activities.
- Negotiate service contracts, control costs, optimize revenue and liaise with regulators and public bodies.
- Lead, train and coach operational teams and maintain environmental and customer-service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- EIA Expert registration is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–10+ years of progressive managerial experience, preferably in waste/environmental management.
