Bolt Tanzania is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager in Dar es Salaam under a hybrid arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead driver onboarding, engagement, activation, retention and supply-growth initiatives.
- Optimize marketplace supply/demand, ETAs, cancellations, finished rides and unit economics.
- Direct city operations, remove execution bottlenecks and launch localized growth strategies.
- Partner with Marketing on rider acquisition, rides per user, LTV and new product categories.
- Lead safety, risk, tax and regulatory compliance and engage LATRA, government and law-enforcement stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of progressive operational leadership experience in mobility, technology marketplaces, logistics or operational consulting.
- Advanced data-analysis skills and expert Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Strong unit-economics, supply-demand, acquisition-cost and operational-risk knowledge.
- Fluent English; Swahili is a strong advantage.
