Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is seeking an organized and experienced Storekeeper Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role oversees all incoming and outgoing goods, stock levels, safety conditions, and warehouse personnel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing goods, monitor optimal stock levels, and ensure safe storage conditions.
• Personnel Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and store personnel.
• Loss Prevention & Compliance: Prevent stock loss, theft, damage, and inventory shrinkage while enforcing company procedures and inventory controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in warehouse or store management.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and stock control software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a high level of integrity.
