Sinoray Company Limited is recruiting a Stock Control Officer in Dar es Salaam to manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement and support efficient inventory-control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for products and spare parts.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and branches.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock movement trends.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates and recently graduated candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous stock-control, inventory-management or warehouse experience is an added advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of ERP or inventory-management systems.
