Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role oversees the overall transportation, fleet schedules, vehicle allocations, and distribution of beverage products.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Fleet & Route Management: Plan fleet schedules, vehicle allocations, delivery routes, monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and fleet safety compliance.
• Operational Supervision: Supervise drivers, turnboys, and logistics operational personnel while overseeing cargo loading and unloading to prevent product damage.
• Cost & Efficiency Tracking: Track fuel consumption, transit efficiency, and transportation costs, and prepare periodic operational reports on logistics performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in logistics and fleet/transport management.
• Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Tally.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
