Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and maintaining optimal inventory levels, verifying incoming and outgoing goods, and conducting regular stock reconciliations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels, recording and verifying all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts, perform stock reconciliations, and ensure system data is precise and up to date.
• Reporting & Tracking: Track low-stock items, damaged goods, and product expiration dates while preparing accurate inventory reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Practical work experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/software, with proven experience in stock counting.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and effective teamwork skills.
