AngloGold Ashanti is recruiting aGraduate Engineer – UG Mine Planningat Geita Gold Mine Tanzania under a structured three-year graduate development programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical training and rotations across mining tasks and teams.
- Collect and analyse mining data including production metrics, ore quality and equipment performance.
- Support senior engineers with mine layouts, stope planning and scheduling.
- Participate in fieldwork, site inspections and geotechnical assessments.
- Prepare technical reports, project plans and progress updates.
- Support safe work practices, SHE&C compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Mining Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience acquired during practical training.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
