Sango Energy is urgently recruiting aFuel Station Managerfor a full-time role in Tunduma.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily fuel-station operations.
- Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, cash collections and financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and monitor profitability.
- Supervise staff and maintain strong customer-service and safety standards.
- Develop marketing strategies and monitor fuel deliveries, inventory and loss prevention.
Requirements
- Employer-stated age requirement: 35 years and above.
- Proven experience managing a fuel or petrol station.
- Strong accounts, cash-management, financial-reporting, marketing and staff-management skills.
- Knowledge of fuel-station operations, stock control and loss prevention.
