CRJE Estate Limited is recruiting a Fixed Asset Manager (Finance) for Tanzania Dar Johari Rotana Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register.
• Register, tag, classify and track hotel assets and conduct physical verification.
• Investigate missing, damaged, unrecorded or discrepant assets.
• Control asset transfers, repairs, disposals and write-offs and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support capitalization, depreciation, impairment, disposal and reconciliation accounting.
• Prepare fixed-asset reports and support internal/external audits.
• Assist the Head of Finance/Finance Manager with routine finance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong fixed-asset accounting, internal-control and asset-safeguarding knowledge.
• Previous asset-management/accounting/finance/audit experience is preferred; hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP/accounting-system experience is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
