TMHS Group Limited is recruiting a Finance Officer for TMHS Polyclinic Mikocheni, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial and management reports and monitor budgets, revenues and expenditure.
- Process supplier, utility, rent, maintenance and other facility payments.
- Perform bank and supplier reconciliations and support audit processes.
- Oversee healthcare insurance billing, claims, receivables and payables.
- Ensure tax/regulatory compliance, financial-record integrity and safeguarding of company assets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably healthcare or service sector.
- Advanced Excel and accounting/ERP-system knowledge.
