Olasiti Ventures Ltd is recruiting a Farm Manager for Namtumbo, Ruvuma.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day farm operations and supervise crop production from land preparation to harvesting.
- Develop seasonal production plans and budgets and supervise farm workers and casual labour.
- Manage farm machinery, tools, irrigation systems and agricultural inputs.
- Monitor crop health, pests, diseases, weeds, productivity and farm costs.
- Maintain farm production, labour, input, expense and yield records.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural, environmental and occupational-safety requirements.
- Implement good agricultural practices and sustainable farming methods and prepare management reports.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Production, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant farm-management experience, preferably commercial farming.
- Farm budgeting, record keeping, machinery, inventory and staff-supervision experience.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
