Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch business growth, profitability, portfolio quality and cross-selling.
- Ensure strong branch controls, KYC/AML compliance, audits and business-continuity procedures.
- Deliver high customer-service standards and resolve complaints promptly.
- Lead branch branding, promotions, market intelligence and community engagement.
- Develop, coach and manage branch staff and performance objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field with Upper Second classification or GPA 3.0.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including 4 years in management.
- Experience in branch operations, credit management and business development.
