• Team Lead, Agriculture — first degree in a business-related or social-sciences field; minimum 5 years banking experience including Agriculture-sector exposure.
• Team Lead, Construction — first degree; minimum 5 years banking experience including Construction/Infrastructure exposure.
• Team Lead, Mining & Power — first degree; minimum 5 years banking experience including Mining & Power exposure.
• Team Lead, FMCG / Manufacturing — first degree; minimum 5 years commercial-banking experience including FMCG/Manufacturing exposure.
• Team Lead, Telecommunications — first degree; minimum 5 years commercial-banking experience including Telecommunications exposure.
• Team Lead, Oil & Gas / Energy — first degree; minimum 5 years commercial-banking experience including Oil & Gas/Energy exposure.

Core Responsibilities Across the Roles

• Drive corporate-client acquisition, deposits, risk assets, guarantees, foreign exchange and revenue/PBT targets.
• Review credit applications, prepare credit memoranda and monitor covenants, triggers and portfolio quality.
• Conduct client/site visits, manage sector relationships and initiate recovery on deteriorating or non-performing accounts.
• Develop sector-specific banking solutions, monitor market/regulatory developments and lead Relationship Managers and Officers.
