One Acre Fund is recruiting aTree Specialistfor Tanzania, with the role based inNjombe or Mbeya. The position leads tree marketing, distribution, farmer enrolment and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual tree-marketing, farmer-enrolment and seedling-distribution strategies.
- Direct field operations across approximately 100–150 sites.
- Manage and mentor field supervisors.
- Develop farmer training on tree management and agroforestry.
- Coordinate with local government and programme partners.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field operations, programme marketing, product adoption, sales or community behavioural-change initiatives.
- Degree or equivalent training in Agroforestry, Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, Development Studies or related field.
- Strong agroforestry, leadership and stakeholder-management capability.
