Absa is recruiting aSenior Relationship Manager – Large Local Corporatesto manage a portfolio of local large and regional corporate banking customers and support growth of the corporate banking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate customers and maximize risk-adjusted contribution.
- Drive business development with new and existing customers and increase wallet share.
- Develop customer relationship plans and identify appropriate banking products and solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, service quality, complaints and credit-risk requirements.
- Support leadership, coaching and skills development within the Corporate Banking team.
- Represent Absa within the local business community and support senior client negotiations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
- Strong corporate-banking relationship management, business-development, negotiation, credit-risk and leadership skills.
