Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell life-insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
- Present tailored financial-security solutions, negotiate and close sales.
- Build customer networks, identify new business and maintain an active pipeline.
- Provide renewal and customer support and meet monthly and quarterly commercial targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma-level college qualification; Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably insurance, microfinance, banking or financial services.
- Fluent English and Swahili and basic MS Office proficiency.
