Key Responsibilities
- Develop account plans and portfolio growth strategies.
- Structure and sell banking solutions that address customer needs.
- Achieve balance-sheet, profitability and market-share targets.
- Manage portfolio risk, PAR and non-performing loans within approved limits.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention and business-development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised and accredited university.
- At least 5 years of commercial-banking experience.
- At least 3 years in an assistant-management capacity within a similar organisation.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, regulations and customer experience.
