NCBA Bank is recruiting a Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to grow and manage an assigned corporate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Corporate Banking portfolio while achieving income, portfolio-quality and growth targets.
- Assess and recommend credit facilities and oversee security documentation in line with Credit Policy.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve portfolio profitability.
- Analyse client financial and industry information and prepare customer account plans.
- Maintain high standards of client service and adhere to KYC, AML, operational and risk-management policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- MBA is an advantage; ACCA, CPA, CFA or similar professional qualifications are also advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit or front-sales environments.
- Corporate Banking experience is an advantage.
