Absa is recruiting aPrestige Bankerfor a branch-based customer-service and sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Open current and savings accounts, loan products, card products and other assigned banking products.
- Provide face-to-face customer service and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Build relationships with existing customers and deepen onboarding and product usage.
- Handle complaints, support branch administration and achieve service and sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Absa risk and policy standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
- Customer-facing service and sales experience and experience working against targets.
