Equity Bank Tanzania is recruiting aManager – Program Lendingto design, underwrite, implement and manage structured lending programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Bank's program-lending framework and scalable standardized lending propositions.
- Design programmes for MSMEs, retail, agriculture, value chains, salaried customers, women and youth, and digital lending segments.
- Assess commercial viability and credit risk and prepare proposals for approval.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk controls, programme pricing and lending parameters.

Qualifications & Requirements
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Credit Analysis.
