Key Responsibilities
- Contribute application-development initiatives to the overall IT strategy.
- Design architectures and solutions based on business and product requirements.
- Manage project resources, schedules, costs, stakeholders and the application-development lifecycle.
- Distribute workloads among application developers and support core-banking operations.
- Develop and manage OLAs and SLAs with IT teams and business units.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field.
- Java, Oracle, Enterprise Architecture and ITIL professional qualifications are required.
- Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
- At least 2 years developing digital lending and savings solutions.
