Ignite Energy Access Tanzania is recruiting anInternal Controls Specialistto oversee operational risk, internal controls, ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize the global INCOME internal-control framework and country risk-governance structure.
• Implement ethics programmes and support fraud/tamper investigations and compliance processes.
• Maintain the Country Risk Register and support risk committees and risk assessments.
• Deliver risk-awareness, fraud-prevention and integrity training.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of material risk events and monitor operational loss reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Audit, Compliance, Development Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of total management experience, including at least 2 years working directly with senior leadership and external risk stakeholders.
• Strong ERM, process-modeling, risk-analysis and internal-control systems expertise.
• Master's Degree in Business or a Social field is an added advantage.
