Stellarix Tanzania is recruiting aFinance Operations Specialistto support accurate financial processing, cash and treasury management, IFRS-compliant reporting, reconciliation and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier, statutory, intercompany and other approved payments.
• Monitor cash and bank balances and maintain accurate cash books.
• Support month-end and year-end close under IAS 21 and IFRS reporting.
• Maintain fixed-asset records, bank reconciliations and audit-ready finance records.
• Support transfer-pricing compliance and customer invoicing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive finance or general-accounting experience.
