Qatar Airways is recruiting anAirport Services Agentin Zanzibar to provide five-star customer service and support safe and efficient passenger processing at the airport terminal.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with check-in, transfer desk and related areas for smooth passenger acceptance.
- Escort and direct arriving and departing passengers.
- Liaise with the Ground Handling Agent and support hotel and transfer passengers.
- Supervise GHA staff during flights and organize check-in counters and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of job-related experience, including at least 1 year in airline, travel or hospitality.
- Fluent English, computer literacy and legal right to live and work in Tanzania.
