Job Responsibilities

Successful Call Center Agents will be expected to perform the following duties:

Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls

Receive incoming customer calls and make outgoing calls when required. Agents will respond to customer enquiries, provide accurate information about products or services and assist in resolving customer concerns.

Provide Customer Support

Assist customers who need help with company products or services, identify their concerns and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a professional approach.

Maintain Customer Records

Enter accurate customer information into the appropriate databases and maintain proper documentation of calls, enquiries and other customer interactions.

Conduct Customer Follow-Ups

Follow up on enquiries or complaints that cannot be resolved immediately and ensure customers receive feedback within the required time.

Follow Company Procedures

Adhere to established company procedures, call scripts and customer-service protocols to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements
