TotalEnergies is recruiting aCustomer Service Officer – Lubes & LPGto support customer-order processing, billing, account follow-up and lubricant supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and follow up warehouse deliveries.
• Ensure customer payments are advised promptly and maintain zero unreceipted payments.
• Complete billing for consignment-stock consumption and supplies.
• Ensure strategic customers are supplied and billed.
• Reconcile lubricants stock and follow up customer invoices and account reconciliations.
• Control pending customer orders in SAP and support marketing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in the petroleum industry.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP and experience in marketing and selling.
