- Lead strategic planning for ICT systems supporting CDC-Tanzania programmes and operations.
- Develop and maintain IT architecture, standards, protocols and information-security controls.
- Manage servers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, connectivity, software, licences, backups and remote-access services.
- Oversee IT projects, procurement specifications, operating budgets and contractor support.
- Supervise IT personnel, assign work, evaluate performance and develop staff capacity.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and training to CDC-Tanzania staff and implementing partners.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration with an appropriate computer-related Bachelor's Degree, or a related major.
- ITIL Foundation or CCNA professional certificate.
- Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in computer information systems.
- At least 3 years of Microsoft Windows server/workstation and LAN/WAN administration experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Level 4 fluent English and Level 4 fluent Swahili.
