Regional Chef Trainer – East Africa Jobs at &Beyond Tanzania - September 2026
Hotel Jobs&Beyond Tanzania is recruiting a Regional Chef Trainer – East Africa to lead culinary standards, menu innovation and chef development across East Africa lodges.
Key Responsibilities
- Revise lodge menus, bush picnics, snacks and dietary menus in line with brand recipes and styling guides.
- Deliver chef training covering presentation, costing, kitchen controls, waste management and guest storytelling.
- Rotate through lodges to audit kitchen standards and facilitate Food Fundi workshops and chef exchanges.
- Work with procurement teams on local sourcing, suppliers, sustainability and F&B cost control.
- Improve beverage experiences and collect guest feedback to refine food strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary experience in luxury hotels, safari lodges or fine dining.
- Strong international/local cuisine, dietary-menu, food-costing, kitchen-logistics and adult-training expertise.
