Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage prospective homebuyers, property investors and high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct property presentations and viewings and explain property specifications and value propositions.
• Maintain client follow-ups, manage sales enquiries and track opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate transactions and support deal closure in line with company pricing guidelines.
• Build professional networks that generate referrals and new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of practical experience in real estate sales, property leasing or high-value commercial sales.
• Candidates without direct sales or real-estate experience will not be considered.
• Strong client-acquisition, closing and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
