Babito Trading Co Ltd T/A Babito Pharmacy is recruiting a Pharmacy Storekeeper for a full-time position in Mbeya, Tanzania. The role focuses on receiving, storing, tracking and distributing medical and pharmaceutical supplies while maintaining proper storage standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, receive and organize incoming pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and health products.
• Maintain physical and digital records for stock levels, stock issues and department requisitions.
• Apply First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) procedures and segregate damaged or expired stock.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and alert management when replenishment is required.
• Keep the store clean, secure, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Form IV (CSEE) Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy, Storekeeping, Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in storekeeping, inventory control or warehouse handling.
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability and clear communication ability.
