Vodacom Tanzania is recruiting aHead of Department: Sustainability, Foundation & Partnershipsto lead ESG, Foundation and Sustainable Business within External Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Vodacom Tanzania Foundation strategy, governance and programme portfolio.
• Deliver ESG strategy, governance, disclosure and ratings engagement.
• Develop purpose programmes and strategic partnerships with government, development agencies, NGOs and the private sector.
• Lead Sustainability and Foundation teams and provide Board-level ESG guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• People-leadership experience and strategic leadership capability.
• Expert ESG knowledge including GRI, UN SDGs and UN Global Compact; GHG Protocol, SASB and TCFD knowledge is advantageous.
