We are looking for a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) (Maafisa Mauzo) to join the NBC Kunduchi Mall

Job Responsibilities:
- Sell bank products to customers (especially savings products) based on their needs.
- Find new customers and convert opportunities into real sales.
- Plan and conduct sales meetings to achieve set targets.
- Ensure customers are well served and continue using the bank’s services.
- Represent NBC by adhering to KYC regulations and reporting any suspicious behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
- At least a secondary school education
- 18 years or older
- Good communication skills
- Experience in sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Copies of academic certificates
- Copy of National ID (NIDA)
- Introduction letter from your local government (Mtaa)

- TIN certificate
