- Expand mobile and internet banking adoption across retail, SME and corporate customers.
- Grow merchant acquiring through POS, KCB LIPA and online payment acceptance solutions.
- Recruit and manage agency-banking partners and develop strategic ecosystem partnerships.
- Manage sales pipelines, market intelligence, KPIs and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Merchant acquiring and card background is an added advantage; MBA is also an added advantage.
