Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community-relations strategies aligned with company goals and Tanzanian regulations.
- Lead community consultations, meetings, awareness programmes and grievance resolution.
- Build relationships with communities, government authorities, NGOs and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor social impacts and support resettlement and compensation processes.
- Manage community-relations officers and prepare stakeholder-engagement reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Relations or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in mine-site community roles, including 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent position.
- Strong English and Swahili communication; basic Sukuma is an advantage.
