Aga Khan Schools is recruiting anAdmission Communication and Marketing Managerin Tanzania to lead admissions, marketing and communications activities and support enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the admissions funnel from inquiry and campus tours through application, assessment, offer and enrolment.
• Develop annual enrolment strategies and targets.
• Lead integrated marketing and communications across digital, print and in-person channels.
• Manage website, social media, email marketing, content calendars and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis and strengthen relationships with prospective families and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Master's Degree is desirable.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrolment, marketing, communications or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of leadership or management experience.
