Required skills
Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with React or Next.js for frontend development
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of application architecture, security, and performance optimization
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes is an advantage
Key responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend components of web applications
- Building scalable backend services, APIs, and database-driven solutions
- Developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React or Next.js
- Designing, optimizing, and managing MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Integrating third-party services and APIs
- Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining software to ensure strong functionality and performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices
Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in application development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred qualifications
Additional qualifications that will be an advantage include:
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms

Position: Business Developers (4 Positions)
Duties and responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales leads and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy.
- Generate new sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support sales efforts.
Education & experience
- Candidate must have at least two (2) years experience in Business Development/Account Manager in related field & possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
