Job Summary The Office Assistant ensures the cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of the office premises and assigned areas. Core responsibilities include routine cleaning, inventory and supply management, assisting in office logistics for meetings and events, supporting waste management, and managing stores/sundries to ensure an efficient, welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Hygiene & Cleanliness: Oversee and perform daily cleaning activities across offices and assigned areas to maintain high standards of neatness and hygiene.

  • Inventory & Store Management: Monitor, replenish, and track stock levels for cleaning supplies, toiletries, refreshments, and stationery. Accurately receive, record, and store all office sundries and reorder materials as necessary.

  • Front Desk & Visitor Handling: Keep the reception area organized, greet and direct visitors, and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Logistics & Event Support: Assist in setting up and managing office logistics for meetings, workshops, events, and appointments.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
